Management of a major geoecological project

As part of a major zone infrastructure project, the goal was the strategic and technical coordination of approx. 20 important individual projects, with numerous interfaces and serious interdependencies to some extent, including cost-effective management.

• Specialist and risk analysis of the overall assignment
• Demarcation of the individual projects and interfaces
• Define the processing sequence
• Coordinate the numerous companies involved
• Regular reporting to the Board of Directors
• Develop an online claim management
• Develop an online reporting system
