Site analysis

A new site was required owing to an expiring lease contract. Of particular importance for the customer was proximity to an economically sound region with potential suppliers and cooperation partners. Therefore, a market analysis was required in addition to the classical site analysis.

• Identify companies in the region that could prove of interest (secondary research)
• Define the general conditions needed for the customer's operation (required floor space, structural conditions etc.)
• Search for suitable regions/industrial areas
• Draw up layouts as an aid to evaluating the suitability of properties
• Clarify availability of investment incentives with business development institutions at state and/or local level
