Technical concept for biomass energy recovery

Based on a study to identify the biomass share of the waste generated in the area covered by the authority, the aim was to determine and evaluate specific possible applications for any recovered energy in order to develop a basis for a further course of action.

• Define relevant criteria and evaluation requirements
• Collect and process data using maps (layer technology)
• Identify possible heat sinks
• Detailed evaluation of the most promising project ideas with regards to advantages and disadvantages from various points of view
