Planning and project control in environmental issues

The objective was to prepare a concept to guarantee continuing plant operation both reliably and at minimum cost while taking foreseeable developments on site into account. Based on this concept, BT's assignment was to set up the planning, oversee the call for tenders and supervise construction.

• Draw up a failure and component risk analysis
• Prepare and coordinate a concept to improve efficiency/optimisation
• Carry out planning and call for tenders (develop design engineering, prepare construction schemes and draw up description of services for the call for tenders)
• Construction supervision and coordination
