The manufacturer is active in several areas of the value chain and wanted to develop its own projects independently in the future. To this end, the objective was to set up a project development department.

• Plan and start up the new department (develop organisation structure, set up processes, prepare interfaces)
• Provide support during the operative realisation of initial projects (prepare project outlines, provide tools for site selection, facilitate meetings with suppliers, authorities and buyers)
