Analysis of potential in the renewable energy sector

In order to secure unoccupied, strategically located sites, the aim was to identify the marketable potential in the biogas, biomass, solar energy (PV), hydropower and wind power sectors and analyse their cost effectiveness.

• Calculate both the theoretical and the accessible potential
• Analyse the value chain of various sources of renewable energy
• Analyse the cost effectiveness with regard to both the local and national development schemes
• Prepare a technical, economic and ecological basis for decision-making that also complies with any approval regulations
