In order to secure the sale of a former railway station compound for future development, the aim was to verify the tenability of various ambiguous expert reports on contamination that appeared to contain inaccuracies and failed to elucidate crucial general issues.

• Review of documents submitted (approx. 1200 pages) at short notice
• Draw up a second expert report based on the first expert's data
• Representation and analysis of possible risks for the city
• Presentation to the city council
